The book, Tom Kitchin, From Nature to Plate - Seasonal recipes from The Kitchin, was launched at the Edinburgh book festival on 17th August 2009 and is available in all book shops in the U.K. The book includes 100 recipes and an array of descriptive photographs by Scottish photographer Marc Millar, and will reflect a culinary exploration through the seasons by showcasing innovative cooking and modern reinventions of classic British dishes.
