The Restaurant opened in 2006 by husband and wife team Tom & Michaela Kitchin on Edinburgh’s stylish waterfront.
Dining at The Kitchin is relaxed but welcoming with the food the focus. The passion of Tom and Michaela and their entire team shines throughout what they deliver; quality and consistency.

The Chef’s land and sea surprise menu includes an amuse bouche and a 6 course tasting menu followed by tea/coffee with petit fours, based on the imaginative creations of Chef Tom Kitchin. The menu is, as the name suggests, a food lovers surprise, compiled from the very freshest produce specially sourced today.
