DELIVERY
All vouchers will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Postage costing £1. Vouchers bought before 5pm Tuesday - Friday, should normally arrive the next two working days (for UK Mainland orders) but this may vary. Should you not be in receipt of your order within 5 working days, please contact the restaurant directly.
Royal Mail ensures delivery of mail if posted before Tuesday 20th December. We will be happy to post your vouchers out until Saturday 24th December but we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Kindly note that the restaurant is closed from Friday 23rd December, but will be open for voucher purchases and collection only on Friday 23rd December and Saturday 24th December 2011 between 9am - 4pm. Any vouchers purchased outwith this time may not be sent out until Wednesday 28th December.
REDEMPTION
Vouchers purchased from July 2011 onwards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Vouchers need to be presented in its original form and cannot be extended beyond the date of expiry. We advise to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
